How much is the shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders – even for single items. 🎁
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 1 business day.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 working days with Swiss Post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Can I pick up my order in Zürich?
Not right now! but soon Yes! You’ll receive a 20% discount when you choose local pickup at our Zürich location (Dienerstrasse, 8004).
