Refund Policy (Seoulism.ch)

At Seoulism, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied,

you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging
  • You include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Note: We accept returns of discounted and sale items. There are no restocking fees.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@seoulism.ch within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide return instructions.

Important: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days, please contact us at info@seoulism.ch

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want another item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
